NHS Centre opens in the PCS building

1 min read

The new NHS centre located inside the ground floor of the PCS building in Falcon Road (entrance within the station car-park) has now opened. The NHS should receive appointments from hospitals for maternity/sexual health.

We previously reported about this change. The new facility is open from Monday to Saturday and includes a gay men’s clinic, a young person’s clinic and IUD/IUS/implant fitting. It is run by Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust (CLCH), commissioned by Wandsworth, Richmond and Merton Councils.

According to the Council’s press release, Falcon Road will be the hub of Sexual Health South West London’s services for the three boroughs – with satellite clinics in Mitcham, Twickenham and Wimbledon.

Services at Queen Mary’s Hospital, Roehampton and at Balham Health Centre are transferred to Clapham Junction.
